Outside Belgium, “Brussels” has become synonymous with European authority, thus propounding the clichés of an administrative, decision-making city. Fighting against this depersonalisation, Charles Paulicevich presents a photographic series that breathes life back into the city and gives us back the strength of the poetic disparities that it contains.
